Tom Hicks

Tom works with SME’s across a broad range of industries on a variety of transactions including due diligence, trade sales, financial modelling, MBO’s and refinancing for both UK and overseas businesses. He is a skilled financial modeller and has exceptional attention to detail when undertaking financial analysis. This can add significant value in negotiations with buyers on complex matters around completion mechanisms and deal mechanics.

Tom has recently performed a due diligence assignment for a Dutch corporate in the marine industry, produced an integrated financial model for an energy management and sustainability company and completed on the disposal of an online retailer.

Tom is a certified Chartered Accountant and holds a First Class Honours degree in Applied Accounting. In his spare time Tom is a keen golfer and follows Plymouth Argyle.
