Matt Pearce

Matt is a manager in the corporate finance team working in the Transaction Services department delivering buyside due diligence, vendor due diligence and sell side support across a wide variety of corporate finance transactions.

Matt has developed experience across multiple sectors over his 8 years at PKF Francis Clark, including tech, manufacturing, healthcare and online retail.

Matt’s recent experience includes having performed due diligence assignments for:

• Online flower retailer Bloom and Wild on their acquisitions of Bloomon and Bergamotte
• Indie games developer Team 1 on their acquisitions of Story Toys and Astragon
• HVAC manufacturer Caver Group on their acquisition of Powrmatic
• Vendor due diligence on Terminix UK Limited on its carve out from Terminix Inc

Matt is a Chartered Accountant and holds a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter. In his free time Matt enjoys long walks with his dog, Luna, and is an Exeter rugby fan.
