Chris Harper

Chris works on a variety of corporate finance transactions including sales and acquisitions as well as undertaking financial due diligence. Prior to joining PKF Francis Clark, Chris worked at a top 10 firm where he gained experience in the financial services sector. Chris also developed experience in financial model assurance where he supported project finance, acquisition and financing transactions across all sectors. Chris is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Geography. He qualified at a London firm where he worked with owner-managed businesses in the SME sector.

In his spare time, Chris has swapped his rugby boots for running trainers and also enjoys playing squash.
