Brad joined PKF Francis Clark in 2022 and is a manager in the corporate finance team, specialising in M&A.
He supports on a variety of transactions such as corporate disposals and management buyouts for SMEs. His experience is spread across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing and logistics software to name a few.
Prior to joining PKF Francis Clark, Brad spent two years in corporate finance at another firm after qualifying as a chartered accountant in EY’s financial services audit team in 2019.
Away from work, Brad can be found playing football, on the golf course or walking his dogs.
