Ashley joined PKF Francis Clark in January 2023 and sits within the Mergers & Acquisitions team. He supports on transactions such as corporate disposals, management buyouts, fundraises, valuations and feasibility reviews.
Prior to joining PKF Francis Clark, Ashley gained experience at Mazars where he joined as a School Leaver in 2016, before completing his AAT qualification in 2018 and finally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2022. For most of this time Ashley worked within the Accounting & Business Advisory team, gaining exposure to management reporting, statutory accounts production and tax compliance services.
In his spare time Ashley follows AFC Bournemouth up and down the country, while fitting in the odd round of golf or coastal dog walk.
