PKF Francis Clark advises Swedish listed Munters Group on the acquisition of Humi-Tech Services Limited

PKF Francis Clark has advised on the acquisition of Humi-Tech Services Ltd by Munters Group AB, a global leader in energy efficient air treatment and climate solutions.

Munters Group AB, which is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange, manufactures and sells its climate solutions in more than 30 countries worldwide. Its customers work across a wide range of industries, the largest being the food, pharmaceutical and the data centre sectors.

Humi-Tech Services Ltd. is located in Kent and has over 19 years’ experience in offering humidification services to its customers. Humi-Tech Services Limited covers all of the UK with its broad experience of services related to humidification systems. The acquisition will add further competences to Munters Global Services, already well established for 60 years, in the UK air treatment business.

Paul Crocker and Matthew Willmott of PKF Francis Clark provided acquisition support services and due diligence for Munters. Legal advice was given by Simon Smith of Clarke Willmott.
